Product Description:The PVC impact modifier ACR resin is obtained through a multi-step emulsion polymerization process using acrylate monomers. It is an excellent PVC impact modifier, a typical polymer with a core-shell structure. The interior consists of a butyl acrylate core with a certain degree of cross-linking, and the exterior is a methyl methacrylate shell that is highly compatible with PVC. Therefore, it can absorb and disperse a large amount of impact energy applied to PVC hard products due to impacts. Its outstanding impact resistance and low-temperature weather resistance are particularly suitable for hard PVC outdoor products, semi-hard PVC outdoor products, and PVC products with high requirements for impact resistance and weather resistance. The product is a flowable white amorphous fine particle with excellent compatibility with PVC. The product has good chemical stability, thermoplasticity, and dispersibility.
