product presentation:Chlorinated polyethylene is a high-molecular material obtained by the chlorination substitution reaction of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Depending on its structure and application, chlorinated polyethylene can be classified into two major categories: resin-type chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and elastic-type chlorinated polyethylene (CM). Besides being used alone, thermoplastic resins can also be mixed with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), ABS and even polyurethane (PU) resins. In the rubber industry, CPE can be used as a special rubber with superior performance and quality, and can also be mixed with other rubbers such as ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), butyl rubber (IIR), nitrile rubber (NBR), chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), etc.

Performance and Usage

This product is mainly used as special synthetic rubber, and can also be used as a modifier or solubilizer for general synthetic rubber.

CPE135B + crosslinking agent + other additives – manufacturing various flame-retardant wire and cable sheaths, sealing strips.

CPE135B + CR + crosslinking agent + other additives – manufacturing various flame-retardant wire and cable sheaths, flame-retardant transportation belts, automotive rubber hoses, V-belts.

CPE135B + NBR + crosslinking agent + other additives – manufacturing various oil-resistant wire and cable sheaths, rubber hoses, rubber plates, sealing parts.

CPE135B + EPDM + flame retardant + crosslinking agent + other additives – manufacturing flame-retardant wire and cable insulation layers, roof waterproofing sheets, automotive sealing rubber strips.

The above rubber compounds can be molded using general rubber processing equipment and techniques.
