product presentation：The PVC foaming modifier is produced by polymerizing acrylic ester monomers through emulsion polymerization technology. It is mainly used to improve the uniformity of the pores in hard PVC foaming products, promote the plasticization and melting of PVC resin, and enhance the appearance quality of the products. When used as a processing aid, it can significantly increase the melt strength, giving the products better surface smoothness. When used as a foaming modifier, it gives the products higher melt strength, better plasticization performance and fluidity, promotes the gelation of PVC, enables the gas produced by the thermal decomposition of the foaming agent to dissolve completely and quickly in the PVC melt, and intertwine with the PVC molecular chains, greatly increasing the melt strength and elasticity of the melt, allowing the PVC melt to generate and expand the gas in a manner compatible with the required elongation for gas expansion, thus ensuring that the gas forms fine and dense bubbles that are independent and uniform during the expansion process, retaining more uniform and dense bubbles, and achieving a uniform foaming structure, lower density and better surface smoothness. The product is a white amorphous powder that is insoluble in water and ethanol, and can dissolve or swell in ethers, ketones, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The product complies with hygiene standards (GB9681-88).
